Dr. Sandy's Approach
Dr. Sandy is a licensed medical doctor and director of Lifestyle 360, a behavioural weight management program in downtown Toronto. She uniquely helps individuals achieve their best weight through the use of psychological strategies and pharmacology, if appropriate. Her goal is to disrupt the cycle of yo-yo dieting and to help others overcome the mental and physiological obstacles to longterm weight loss.

Public Engagement
Dr. Sandy’s public engagements have included speaking at national medical conferences and contributing to television media. At a local level, she is involved in facilitating training workshops and provides consultation to healthcare practitioners about the practice of obesity medicine. Her mission is to evolve the field of behavioural weight management and effect lasting change in the many Canadians who struggle with weight.
